Workshop: Developing Leg Strength and Agility for All Athletes
This 2-hour workshop will take place on Saturday 10 March at the Weightlifting Academy of Tasmania, 18 Knoll Street, Glenorchy, Hobart from 2:00pm – 4:00 pm.
Participants will performance a variety of exercises for building leg strength and general agility and receive guidance from one of Australia’s leading coaches in Weightlifting, Leo Isaac.
The workshop will provide information on long-term training methodology for the development of great strength, power, speed, and stability in the legs. Leo will talk about the typical problems and issues that hold athletes back in their progress.
