New Record for Competition Participants – Weightlifting Academy of Tasmania

Round 5 of the Presidents Cup which will be held at the Weightlifting Academy of Tasmania on Saturday 15 August 2015, will have a record number of entrants. The competition is also the Tasmania qualifier for the Eleiko Club Challenge, a national tournament to find the top club in Australia on 24 October in Brisbane.

The competition on 15 August will run from 9:30am to 6:00pm, a long day of lifting which will see contestants from 8 clubs in Tasmania. Among the field of entrants will be Australian representatives Jenna Myers, Charrae Myers, Camilla Fogagnolo. World Masters Championship contenders Russell Kapper and Nicolette Dunstone will be in action as will Zac Millhouse, Australia’s number 1 Under 15 Weightlifter.
