This course is designed for people who are wanting to learn:

  • the process for learning correct technique of the Olympic lifts or integral parts thereof i.e. power snatch, snatch, power clean, clean, power jerk, jerk, power clean and jerk, clean and jerk.
  • how to coach others to acquire the techniques of olympic weightlifting
