Training Program Update Week 25-31 Jan 2021

Advice: As this is the second last week of training before competition, you are advised to stay close to the recommendations given in following programs. All too often, for psychological reasons, athletes tend to go too heavy and leave their best performances in the gym rather than the competition platform.
